Had 4 brand new tires installed today. What a great experience. Ray and Justin are the nicest guys to work with. In and out in 45 min. I priced around and they were the best value and very knowledgeable. I’ll go back in a minute if I need their services.
What a great experience. I took my car to Hamel's in Cumberland to repair a flat and was attended to by Justin. He informed me that the flat couldn't be repaired because of its proximity to the sidewall. Justin suggested a couple of tire brands and recommended that I buy two tires to keep things in balance. I asked him about my tire pressure sensor which was not working. I needed two of them. He promptly went on line and found my tire and sensor prices. This was about 10:00 AM. By 2:00 PM he call me at my home to tell me the job was done. I've had some terrible experiences with my local dealer. Make an appointment for an oil change at 10, come back at three and the job still isn't done. At Hamel's, they kept to my app time. I think I've found my station and mechanic. Thanks!
After a terrible experience with another local tire shop, Justin at Hamel Tire promptly and most importantly correctly fixed the problem. The other shop had incorrectly balanced my four brand-new tires not once but twice!! Frustration level was quite high. Justin not only listened to my concerns he correctly balanced my tires, no more vibration. He also went above and beyond to figure out how to do an alignment as my vehicle had a special feature. The other shop had no clue. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring, dependable mechanic/tire specialist go see Justin.
